Lillò, Raisin wine of Cannonau grapes - Agricola Soi - Sardinian wine
Lillò Isola dei Nuraghi IGT is a red raisin wine obtained from pure Cannonau grapes, coming from a small vineyard of less than one hectare in Pard'e Valenza, lying along the ridge of a gentle hill facing south-southwest.

The Lillò grapes are harvested at the right time between the first and second ten days of November, when the season is favorable.
The first part of the drying process takes place in the vineyard, which follows, after cutting, a further phase in low boxes under the naturally ventilated canopies for about 15-20 days.
Fermentation, at about room temperature. 12 ° C, takes place in steel, within the month of December, and the maceration on the skins lasts about 25 days. The "Lillò" stops for about a year in steel; this choice allows the wine to maintain unaltered the most fruity organoleptic characteristics of cannonau. It was also decided not to strip the wine through microfiltration practices: the clarity is obtained exclusively through the natural succession of decanting.
From the concentration due to the double withering originates a fine and intriguing wine, which has a wonderful balance between alcohol and structure. The color is garnet red. On the nose the sensations of dried fruit and dried flowers are well amalgamated with the sensations of fruit under the spirit like cherry and with hints of myrtle. On the palate there is clearly a velvety tannic and a freshness that is never invasive, which characterizes the pleasant sensations of this passito.
