Vi Mari 'goes well with appetizers and seafood dishes. Excellent with seafood and lobster, a characteristic dish of the Alghero tradition. It is best appreciated if not too cold, when it releases the scents of the sea that surrounds the vineyards from which it is produced.

Dry, savory and enveloping. The structure supports the high alcohol content. On the palate it confirms the fruity notes with a good olfactory persistence.
