Description

Abbardente Creccu, Sardinian brandy - Distillerie Lussurgesi - Sardinian products

Refined brandy made in Santu Lussurgiu (Sardinia) by Distillerie Lussurgesi

Wine selection: we distill mainly white wines, fresh, and from red grapes variety, chosen for their organoleptic properties and acidity

Distillation: with the use of stills in a water bath, with discontinuous procedure and double distillation.

Dilution and aging: dilution with water of the sources of San Leonardo, followed by aging in lt 500 oak barrels, steam-bent. The duration of aging the wood is at least eight months, depending on the achievement of the softness of the distillate.

Assembly: after refinement, refined selection of spirits, mixed in a variable ratio to obtain the character of our Abbardente Creccu.

Technical data: alcohol 42% vol.

Features: Yellow honey color with golden hues; intense, evolved with subtle notes of toasted; medium soft taste reminding the honey and the crust of homemade bread.
