Planted on granitic soils, hilly, loose, dry and sunny, reared back, with a plant density of 4,500 plants / ha

70 quintals to 31 hectoliters of wine

Vinification

The grapes are dried on racks for about 10 days, then vinified stalked; the pressing is followed by the static cleaning of the must that after is fermented at a controlled temperature; after several decanting the clarified wine is aged for a short period.
