Despite being a honey that tends to crystallize, it still has a creamy consistency, not excessively compact. We recommend it with: Ideal as a sweetener for breakfasts and teas and herbal teas. It is also excellent in the preparation of fruit salad, used instead of sugar. However, it should be remembered that honey has a higher sweetening power than sugar, so if you decide to replace sugar with honey, always remember to use a smaller amount of honey than the amount of sugar we would have used. This is one more reason to prefer honey! From the passion of two young beekeepers for an ancient profession, Mieleria Toscana was born, closely linked to the territory in which it is located, respectful of the role that beekeeping has in the environment. Mieleria Toscana, thanks to its production method, which in beekeeping jargon is called "nomadism", produces monoflora and multiflora honey.
The hives are moved from time to time in different places, following the blooms, throughout the Tuscan area: from the coast to the adjacent plain, from the hill to the mountain to produce different monofloral varieties of honey: from the Mediterranean maquis produced in the woods that distinguish the Tuscan landscape, with Acacia, Chestnut and Honeydew honey produced in the Tuscan Apennines, with Sunflower, Ivy, Sulla and Millefiori honey produced along the coast.
