Mead produced in Ulassai - Sardinia

Bt - 0.75 l

Mead is an alcoholic drink, obtained from the fermentation of honey.

Very old recipe.

In ancient times it was known as the "drink of the gods"

Ingredients: water and abbamele (decoction of the honey being processed).

Artisanally produced, processed in small quantities and expertly refined.

Alcohol content that varies from 11 to 13 degrees depending on the type of honey being processed.

It presents a bouquet of aromas and flavors with fruity and floral honeyed notes.

It is preferably consumed at a temperature of 9° and goes well with cheeses, wild meats and pastries.

Also excellent as a meditation drink or dessert.

Natural processes could form sediments without altering the quality of the product.
