The cultivation of Nieddera have an ancient origin in the "Valle del Tirso" in Sardinia. The young wine is transferred in the first months of the year after the harvest, in French oak barrels (barriques and tonneau) where it remains in refinement for 8-10 months at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. After bottling, it remains in storage in the basement for for 60-90 days before the sale

Organoleptic characteristics

Wine with good structure and intensity, it has aroma of red fruits and toasted wood, with a strong and persistent flavor. It goes well with Italian pasta dishes with tomato sauce and roasted meats
