Organoleptic characters of this amazing Sardinian wine:

Color: straw yellow interrupted by pleasant reflections greenish, which stand out thanks to the fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: typically varietal with delicate and fragrant notes of yellow pulp fruits.
Taste: on the palate it is lively, but well balanced between acidity and sugars. Characteristic its light aftertaste bitterish mind.

Grapes - 100% Sardinian Malvasia.

PRODUCTION AREA - Territory surrounding the Cellar, characterized by soils of
medium mixture composed of clay limestone of origin Miocene, medium hilly terrain and sub-arid climate.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY - The must obtained is immediately cooled for later be separated from the lees by static sedimentation and started at the autoclave.

AGING - To be drunk preferably within two years of the harvest.
