Sardinian White myrtle - Mielica Aresu - Sardinian food products

The less common liqueur, white Myrtle, is obtained by macerating  depigmented berries and by the maceration of the leaves and young shoots. This liqueur has organoleptic characteristics significantly different from typical "mirto"
