Here we have a noble rampant exemplary of Carignano, almost in its purity, beloved by a Monica present at no more than 10%. The vines all sit in the town of Carbonia, raised rigorously at Piede Franco, maniacally grown in the Alberello's way. The harvest is carried in cassettes, manually, with the sweat of the faces, in the third decade of September.

The vineyards of Enrico Esu originate from the strain planted by Tziu Deidda, then in the last thirty years of the last century a piece has been developed little by little, the principal vineyard from which originated the Nero Miniera. These rough and palpitating trees could easily reach 50 years of age today.

Vinification: destemming, and fermentation at controlled temperature. The refinement, however, is carried forward in stainless steel, stainless steel and enveloping containers. For the gradation it has turned to a decent 13.5%.
