Maturation

Steel and barrels for at least 9 months (October to June) on its lees with regular lees stirring

Straw yellow with greenish reflections

Bouquet

Fragrant (yellow flowers and ripe fruit, citrus yellow flesh), mineral and spicy

Taste

A wine of great structure and acid strength. The tannins and aromas blend with fruit evolved Vermentino, giving length and depth.
