Description

Tzar - Lara - Prodotti di Sardegna

Lager English Ale style top-fermented, raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
Made with pure water, barley malt and flavored with selected inflorescences of hops.
Opalescent due to the presence of yeast.
Dominant note of fresh white grape aftertaste and delicate hops. White foam and fine. It goes well with light appetizers, with risotto and pizza.
Ingredients: water, malt, hops, yeast.
Fermented in the bottle taste in evolution.
Serve at 9-10 ° C in large glasses.
IBU (bitterness units) 35 ALE English style.
Hold the bottle vertically away from light and keep cool.
