Straw yellow with greenish tones. A delicate scent of orange blossom and mediteranea stain, fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Delicate, with good structure, where a slight softness matched with minerals and intense feelings, its freshness, make it balanced and elegant. A pleasant feeling of bitterness further characterizes its typicality.
As an aperitif, excellent with shellfish, molluscs and shellfish, medium-aged cheeses and fresh cheese, cold cuts full-bodied yet delicate. Serve at serving temperature 8-10 ° C.
