Features of Vermentino:

Firstborn of the cellar is the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Invidia. 18,000 bottles produced, put on the market for the first time in July 2013

Straw yellow with greenish tones. A delicate scent of orange blossom and mediteranea stain, fruity notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Delicate, with good structure, where a slight softness matched with minerals and intense feelings, its freshness, make it balanced and elegant. A pleasant feeling of bitterness further characterizes its typicality.
As an aperitif, excellent with shellfish, molluscs and shellfish, medium-aged cheeses and fresh cheese, cold cuts full-bodied yet delicate. Serve at serving temperature 8-10 ° C.

Vinification

Tasting notes

Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections, scent of yellow flowers, broom and fruity notes of apple. Taste: warm, good structure, pleasant softness combined with mineral notes, flavor and freshness. A pleasant bitter sensation characterizes its typicality

Matchings

Ideal as an aperitif, perfect harmony with shellfish and vegetables, seafood, medium-aged cheeses, full flavored but delicate cold cuts.
