Lunamonda - Brewery Mezzavia - Sardinian typical products

Sardinia lately is rediscovering the ancient tradition of brewing, some brewers are able to express their wisdom through a noble dosage of ingredients and ancient recipes.

Lunamonda is pale yellow in color, has a white creamy and persistent foam. The nose emerge floral aromas and citrus, with hints of yellow fruit, wheat and coriander.

In the mouth we find wheat notes and yellow fruit, balanced by a bitter end and elegant. medium carbonation. It goes well with light dishes of vegetables, fresh cheeses, to seafood and fish. Perfect as an aperitif.
