In the citrus orchards of the fertile valleys of Muravera, yellow lemons look like little suns in a universe of fruit. The peel resulting from the peeling of these fragrant lemons are left in alcoholic infusion for several days. Only sugar and water are the other ingredients added to the infusion. The result is a great liquor with and unmistakable flavor, nice and fresh.

Great drunk cold.

Citrus fruits have significant part in gastronomy of Sardinia, and their regular consumption and their production are of particular importance in the economy island: it is no coincidence then, perhaps, that their flavor and their aromas are found as an indispensable ingredient in many of our best-known traditional preparations.
