"In wine is truth," said the ancient and for us the quality doesn't lie.

In Vino Veritas is a Sardinian white wine with Designation of Origin made from Vermentino grapes.
Full-bodied and important result of a long aging face looking constantly that our cellar loves to do on Vermentino to capture and extract his many qualities.

This wine, produced in a limited number of bottles comes from the harvest of a limited area of our vineyards, characterized by a very sandy soil, irrigation and not exposed to the mistral.

This allowed a healthy and natural ripening of the grapes on the vine and a high concentration of aromas and flavors.

From the beginning we decided to reserve this game for our fans. The long refinement was necessary to obtain a white wine, evolved and intact, very structured and long-lived.

Vinification	After a soft vacuum pressing of the grapes, the wort is cooled and allowed to settle suddenly cold. Following fermentation begins very slow in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
Aging	The wine was left on the peel of yeasts for 30 months, partly in steel and partly in barriques
Sensory notes	Pale yellow color. Perfume elegant, large, floral and balsamic; hints of honey, elycrisum and Mediterranean brush. Taste massive, with a good acid balance. Good structure, fruity aftertaste, very persistent, good minerality
