Crizia - Atlantis Terre di Sardegna - Sardinian food

Crizia was one of the last dialogues of Plato which ends with the narration of the myth of Atlantis, island of endless beauty positioned beyond the Pillars of Hercules, sunk "in a single day and disgrace" night at the hands of Poseidon. Recent theses of scholars, which require the movement of the Pillars of Hercules placed Atlantis where today is Sardinia. For this reason, this precious wine, the first product from the company, takes its name from the work of Plato, the first who praised the beauty of a remote island.
