Cannonau is a red grape variety, characterized by leaf light green, hairless on both pages. Very strong, it has high affinity for nitrogen and yellow shoots. Cannonau is the most cultivated vine in the world; It owes its expansion to being very rustic, resistant to drought and able to give much alcohol wines.
