Altitude and soil

 Argillaceous limestone of middle of the hill, rich in texture, 200/220 above sea level.

Fermentation, maturation, aging

 Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8-10 days at a controlled temperature. After the maceration, fermentation continues in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the product continues to refine wood for about three months in stainless steel vats for about six months, followed by aging in the bottle for three months

Tasting

 Intense ruby ​​red color with violet nail, impenetrable. Aroma of red fruit and hints of spice and coffee. Soft and elegant tannins, well-structured and pleasant
