Features:

Foz 'e Murta is a table cheese flavoured with myrtle, made of unpasteurized milk and processed uncooked. There are no preservatives or additives. With calf rennet. The band in the middle of the shape is made from the natural juice of the purple myrtle berries, which Giuseppe Cugusi adds in the right dose during the making.

The texture of the cheese and the purple nectar bind in a successful marriage, accompanied with bread, with fresh water or rose wine. The wedge cut is fine looking and it clean up well with the green lightly cooked cauliflower, with cardoons and sardinian artichokes.
