This pecorino cheese has a white paste, slightly creamy. It is a cheese highly valued for its typical taste, strongly aromatic, not salty but tasty and ideal as a table cheese or grilled.

It is the flagship product of Sepi Formaggi, known in the Italian market, but also in the international one.
