W16-71 - Lara - Prodotti di Sardegna

Wheat beer with a high fermentation style Hefe Weizen, raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized. 

Made with pure water, barley malt, wheat malt and flavored with orange peel and hops.
Opalescent due to the presence of yeast.
Very delicate and drinkable, with aromas of banana, peach and vanilla.
It has a white and persistent foam. It goes well with soft cheeses, salads, rice pilaf and scallops with orange.
Ingredients: pure water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops, spices, yeast.
Serve at 8-9 ° C in glasses Weisse.
IBU index (bitter) 20 Style Hefe Weizen.
