The idea was to make a simple but elegant summer beer, and the name "Istadi" came by itself. We searched for notes of spelled, cereal that came down to us from ancient Rome, and we would have liked no other honey than orange, which we knew would give the beer those fantastic aromas of flowers and jam that it releases as soon as it is harvested. The choice of hops fell on Japanese and American varieties. Finally, a very delicate yeast to accentuate its freshness and recall the style of a "Witbier".
At sight: it has a delicate straw yellow color with opalescent reflections, under a clear, fine and silky foam.
On the palate: balanced, delicate and fragrant. Spelled gives kindness and a moderate body, the aromas of flowers and citrus jam given by orange honey and the aromatic presence of the "Sorachi Ace" and "Citra" hops enrich the personality of this beer.
Pairings: Istadi is ideal to accompany fish-based dishes, appetizers or shellfish, octopus salad and prawns. Also excellent with risottos and delicate first courses, it is an excellent companion during the sunniest days.
Temperature: never serve ice-cold: 8 ° is the ideal serving temperature.
