Basic requirement to ensure the excellence of the product is the exclusive use of quality bluefin tuna in the Mediterranean (Thunnus thynnus), or bluefin tuna.

Only the best parts are selected for our craftsmanship: the tuna is steamed, boxed in large containers, like fine wine, to mature for at least six months. Then the tuna is canned in smaller containers, covered with olive oil and left to mature for further six months.

Enjoy it alone or combined with a mixture of fresh vegetables in a salad, or by adding beans or onions
