Tuna musciame - Tharros Pesca - Prodotti di Sardegna

The musciame is obtained from the fillet of tuna carefully selected. In this case the fillet of tuna undergoes a treatment similar to that of lean meats, without added fat, and is dried for about 30 days, so that it reaches an adequate seasoning.
