PRODUCTION AREA: Strong lands of conjugated ferrous clays from an ancient geological chaos of wind sands are home to nature, in the Sella & Mosca, the aristocratic grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon.
HARVEST TIME: Alghero in the late autumn, sunny and breezy, the grapes are harvested after the successful mitigation of their initial herbaceous character.

TASTE: in mature wine the vine reappears with mellow, warm chorusing fienosi in harmony with Tronçais oak presence, reminiscent of the long aging in barrels of small capacity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.0% vol.
HERITAGE ACID: 5.5 g / l.
REFINEMENT: the end of autumn the wine accesses the first phase of maturation in "carat" of Tronçais oak Bordeaux, for a period of about 14 months, is subsequently placed in traditional barrels most ca-pacity for a further 12 months. After bottling there is a final period of aging in a dark cellar at 16 ° C for at least another 18 months.
