Carnevale is the most "modern" Cannonau of the company thanks to the use, skilled and balanced, of small timber (20% new). The aromas are characterized by spicy and decided notes and graphite ones. The palate is full of great dynamism and elegant tannins and juicy. It goes well with red meats and game courses and aged cheeses.
