Characteristics:
Semi-cooked cheese. Cylindrical shape, flat sides and straight sides. The rind is ridged, straw-yellow in color. White paste tending towards straw-yellow, compact with sparse holes, consistent. The aromatic and pleasantly spicy flavor make it one of the most precious products of the OP Unione Pastori.
