Features:

Dalla valle di Surrau, inondata di sole e di luce, un vino dolce, da meditazione. Ottenuto solo da uve Vermentino appassite per un mese su graticci dopo la vendemmia. Dopo una breve macerazione a freddo, che permette l'estrazione delle sostanze aromatiche, fermenta in vasche di acciaio dove riposa per qualche mese.

Il colore è giallo dorato intenso, tendente al miele. I profumi sono ricchi di note vegetali mediterranee e mielose che si fondono al gusto avvolgente e persistente. Ottimo in abbinamento a dolci secchi a base di mandorle e con formaggi piccanti ed erborinati.
