Orange marmalade - Bresca Dorada - Sardinian food

Features:

There are many varieties of oranges grown in the valleys of Sarrabus and in the many small orange groves, which are run with great care by excluding any kind of chemical treatment.

The oranges we use to prepare the jam comes from here.

This is obtained from the oranges pulp and the addition of the same peel, finely hand-cut, and sugar.

To obtain 100 gr of marmalade 110 gr of pulp and peel are used.

Sugar is 65% of total, and this ensures the conservation and a proper organoleptic balance.
