Lemon marmalade - Bresca Dorada - Distribution of Italian Food

Features:

In the citrus groves valleys of Sarrabus, between oranges and tangerins, the generous lemon trees, grown just with the help of the earth, the water, the sun and wind, are dominant.

This sour jam is obtained by combining pulp and lemon zest, finely hand-cut, and sugar.

To obtain 100 gr of marmalade 120 gr of pulp and peel are used.

The percentage of total sugar of 69% ensures the conservation and proper organoleptic balance.

Pectin, preservatives, flavorings and colorings are not added.
