Features of our marmalades: 

Delicate jam in which the pulp and the juice of the organic oranges of Sarrabus are combined with the rinds of oranges, peeled and cut by hand, creating a perfect balance.

There are many varieties of oranges grown in the Sarrabus valleys and the many small orange groves, which are conducted with great care by excluding any kind of chemical treatment. The oranges we use to prepare the jam come from here.

This is obtained from the oranges pulp and the addition of the same peel, finely hand-cut, and sugar. To obtain 100 gr of jam we use 110 gr of pulp and peel. The percentage of total sugar is 65% and it ensures the conservation and proper organoleptic balance.
