Icorè, one of our Cannonau di Sardegna DOC from the "Gioielli Dorgalesi" line.

Bardia - Cantina di Dorgali - Best Sardinian wine

Color - Intense red with violet reflections. Brilliant.
Perfume - Intense and persistent with mineral notes, sage plants and geraniol flowers.

Taste - Dry and warm, full and soft with light tannic perception; final long and clean.
Pairings - Excellent on pasta dishes with savory seasonings such as lasagne with wild boar ragout, grilled and braised red meats, aged cheeses.
Serve at 16-18 degrees C uncorking the bottle half an hour before serving
