Features: 

The four Barbagia constitute an almost mythical region, who never ceases to amaze the inhabitants of the island themselves, for its beauty, its roughness, his nuragics features that doesn't want to give in to modernity.

We wanted to describe the Barbagia with the following examples:

The inevitable Fiore Sardo Dop, Slow Food certified, for the care and seriousness of the shepherd.

Below a small form of cottage cheese, made by the same expert hands, original of Ollolai. Obviously Organic certified, smoked in mastic woods.

It follows Lillové, of Cantina Gabbas, from Nuoro, perhaps one of the most important expressions of the ancient Cannonau vine. We complete then the wine offer with Avra, a successful attempt of Cannonau grapes drying.

We conclude with one pack of Carasau bread, handcrafted by Urru Maria Rosa, a baker from Ovodda. For the production of which is used only Senatore Cappelli wheat, milled in the establishment.
