Curiosity
Grifu is a particular Gin produced only with botanicals and plants from the area, where juniper is the master with its balsamic and salty hints. A fresh and complex Gin with long distilling times to guarantee a pure and crystalline product. At the bouquet we have a strong aromatic presence deriving from the mix of the various botanicals, with a preponderant but extremely delicate scent of mastic and sage. A soft and velvety soft aftertaste of juniper leaves at the end a saline sensation like the retreat of a wave in the shore.
