Features: 

Seadas are a typical sweet of the pastoral tradition of Sardinia. Traditionally the seadas sere considered as a main course of the meal, now mostly are interpreted as a sweet.

Sos Molinos is a craft pasta factory that was created to reproduce the flavors of the ancient past.

Sos Molinos uses for its productions only fresh and raw materials, mainly of the territory, with no preservatives, colorants and GMO.

Dish of Spanish origin (cebar, in Spanish, among other meanings has to "feed, food"; cebada is the past participle), are now produced all over the Sardinian island, but the handmades are mainly produced in the economy pastoral areas.

The Casizolu is the Montiferru typical cheese, produced with red ox milk.
