The original recipe of the malloreddos - also called Sardinian gnocchetti - uses one of the most valuable and well-known flours in Bio: the Kamut®. The Kamut® once known as the "grain of the pharaoh" owes its name to its hieroglyphic ideogram meaning "wheat".
It is a bio wheat par excellence and has much higher nutritional properties than wheat. It is characterized by a high protein value and a higher presence of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium phosphorus, zinc, sodium and potassium. We considered Kamut® to be a particularly suitable flour to enhance all the traditional characteristics of malloreddus and offer an excellent nutritional contribution to the final consumer.
INGREDIENTS: Khorasan Kamut® organic durum wheat semolina, water.
LENGTH: The dried Malloreddos have a storage of 36 months in a cool and dry environment.
