The company is located in the resort "Peddio" in the heart of one of the most renowned olive growing areas in Sardinia: the "Montiferru" where the terraced hills of about 250 meters high above sea level, the olive trees extend their roots in soil clay and limestone of basaltic origin, beaten by the sun and lapped by the mistral winds that the proximity of the sea makes it moist and temperated.
