Description

Solianu - Gabbas - Sardinian food

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives, only by mechanical procedures. This oil is produced from olives of Bosana cultivars harvested by hand at the beginning of December and immediately pressed.

It is an oil that, when young, enhances the distinct characteristics of freshness with bitter tones, typical of the cultivar of the early harvest; with aging it becomes softer and rounded, ready to be used for the most delicate sauces. Sensory analysis can be perceived smoky notes that deviate from the classical repertory of fruit and flowers.
