Manufactured by almost exclusively olive cultivars Bosana and work with a system that combines the best of traditional methods, to the best of technology. They are used in fact the molazze granite stone for pressing, and then the Sinolea a system which extracts the oil from mixing with great delicacy.
The oil that we obtain by this method is of an exceptional quality, and preserves even the most delicate and fragile components of the fruit. Only at this point, to extract the oil still present in the mixture use a modern centrifugal separator.
