Whole Carnarolis - Risoristano - Sardinian traditional food

The Carnarolis is also produced in our rice paddies and it is a japonica variety, from rounded bean, particularly rich in starch and amylose  othat allow a perfect seal during cooking and a link with the really superb seasoning so much to feel it the best rice for risotto. The integral type is partially deprived of external cladding named lolla, and this gives it a higher content of fiber, vitamins and minerals.

We produce the white kind of this variety and it is totally deprived of the outer coating named lolla.

Sardinian Rice is naturally gluten-free. In addition, our product is No OGMs.
