The Su Sirboni Sardinian raw ham is made from selected pork legs, carefully massaged by hand with salt, herbs and spices and left to rest; after several phases of intense care, they are seasoned for over a year.

In this phase the continuous exchange of air favors the maturation of the meat and the formation of the unique perfume and taste.
