Features: 

Vineyards and method of cultivation: Location "Tanca S'Arai" and "Benatzu Coloru" (Serdiana), low back.

Age of the vineyard: 10 years.

Yield: 65 quintals / hectare.

Land and position: sandy and clayey, calcareous stony, medium hill, 150/180 m above sea level.

Fermentation, maturation, aging: the must is obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes after an initial cleaning and the addition of selected yeasts, fermented in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 12 °. Once fermentation is finished, the wine remains in contact with the lees for about three months, after which and after cleaning, it is bottled.

Tasting: Intense straw color with green hues, brilliant. Intense and persistent with scents of flowers and plants of Mediterranean and summer fruits. Pleasant taste-smelling, warm and full of good thickness and lively acidity, balanced.
