Classification Red table wine IGT
Zone of production Vineyards with an average age of about 20 years, situated in the area of Usini, with production at around 50-60 quintals per hectare and vines grown as sapling and espalier
Style of production Traditional red wine vinification, with maceration on the skins for 10-12 days
Grapes Cagnulari 90%,  remaining 10% of traditional grapes
Color Intense ruby red, clear
Bouquet Vinous fruity with a delicate scent of Mediterranean herbs and spices
Taste Dry, fruity, full-bodied with a good balance of tannins and great aromatic persistence
Matching and service Lizzos, it can be served with first courses with savory dressing and meat sauces. Excellent with grilled and roasted red and white meat, with sheep meat and pork stews and roasts - important cheeses as Fiore Sardo Dop, pecorino sardo, culurgiones and malloreddus pasta. Best combined strong and very mature cheese. It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least one hour before serving and serve at room temperature of 16-18 ° C
Aging It can withstand over 5-6 years
