In the heart of Barbagia, known for its harsh climates and steep slopes, we have a craftsman of Gavoi, Francesco Ibba, who carefully and carefully selects local fruits to give us jams or jams of superior quality.

In this case we propose a jam of Sardinian strawberry tree. The berries of the strawberry tree grow wild and lush in the Mediterranean scrubland at Sa Matta, in Gavoi. Between October and December, the berries are harvested, selected and transformed into delicious jams by Francesco Ibba.

The strawberry tree, is worked in a natural and artisanal way, to give us a finished noble product, healthy and rich in taste.
