Sheep sausage with Halal certification obtained by the selection of different cuts of lean meat of sheep reared in the semi-wild. The seasoning operated for thirty days in order to make it more tasty and digestible. Horseshoe shape, slices of a small section and lean meat is dark red, shiny and never turned off.
