Features:

Ingredients: Sheep milk, salt, rennet, cannonau wine.

Semi-cooked cheese of intense and modern aroma. Smooth rind; pasta pale yellow slightly glance.

Additives: Treaty crust with preservatives E202 and E178 and E212 with dye with olive oil.

Allergens: milk and milk-based products, including lactose.

Minimum curing: 60 days.

Average whole form: 2 kg
