Organoleptic characteristics

Suggested preferably with appetizers, seafood, fish dishes or as an aperitif. The scent is fruity, mellow taste and lively with medium intensity. Dry and soft taste with good persistence. to try with a caciotta fresh cheese, a fresh fiore sardo or some slice of musteba
