Originated from the native Vermentino vine. Fermented at controlled temperature. A great, elegant and fine white wine.

Arvali, Vermentino di Sardegna Doc - Ferruccio Deiana

Soil: Medium dough tending to clay with north exposure
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters, moderate rainfall and warm and breezy summers
Harvest: Late, last week of September, the grapes are cultured with gr / l 216 of sugars
Vinification: De-stemming and subsequent soft pressing. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 12/24 hours while the temperature is controlled at no more than 15 ° C.
