Vino spumante brut

First born among the "Cuvée" RES DIMIDIA, the Res Dimidia Cuvée is a tribute to the pleasure of sparkling wine, obtained by the "Italian Method". Its balance is created by multiple selections of musts obtained from grapes vinified with care with chardonnay.

Q 94 to 65 liters of sparkling wine base

Vinification

Soft pressing of the grapes and obtaining immediately must, clarified by natural sedimentation, followed by fermentation in the surge tank at a controlled temperature. Long on the lees after the end of fermentation for its freshness and charm the Res Dimidia Cuvée

Matching

Accompanying the fresh Mediterranean cuisine and seafood based courses, shellfish and delicate fish, also served raw in their condiments

Characteristics

Straw yellow in color slightly golden, made brilliant by the fine mousse and persistent accompanying the bouquet, delicate, floral and ripe fruit. These notes are found in the enveloping and persistent flavor
